A reputable company is hiring a Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the smooth operation of the storage/warehouse department. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management software.
Issue materials and supplies to various departments as required.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory when needed.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store/warehouse.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
Prepare reports on stock movement, usage, and shortages.
