We are hiring Store Operations Executive ,for daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, proper inventory management, and coordination with third-party vendors or service providers. Supports store management to maximize sales and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling
Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and complaints
Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper product display
Coordinate with third-party vendors (suppliers, delivery services, POS/maintenance providers) to ensure timely stock delivery and service compliance
Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure performance standards
Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation
Support the store manager in implementing promotions and sales strategies
Ensure safety, HSE compliance, and adherence to company policies
