Description

We are seeking a motivated and talented Remote Telemarketing Executive to join our team and support our events and conference services from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic communicator with a passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed. As a Remote Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, zoom meetings promoting our events and conference services, and driving sales through outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from your home office to promote our events and conference services.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and qualify them as potential leads.
Present the features and benefits of our events and conference services in a compelling manner to generate interest and excitement.
Provide accurate information about event details, agendas, speakers, and registration procedures to interested prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, sales conversions, and revenue generation.
Maintain detailed records of all communications and interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation tactics, share best practices, and optimize sales processes.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the events or conference services industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.
Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while working from home.
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills to overcome sales objections and close deals.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home.
