Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers, presenting menus, and explaining daily specials.
Take and accurately record food and drink orders from guests.
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that guests have everything they need, such as utensils, condiments, and refills.
Handle customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and address concerns.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.
