We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Perform all necessary tasks to serve food and beverages according to the hotel's Standard of Performance Manual.
Greet and seat guests, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests.
Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages being served.
Maintain positive guest relations and handle complaints and inquiries satisfactorily.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensure the proper upkeep of all service equipment.
Complete all service preparations before, during, and after service (mise en place and mise en scène).
Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
Actively apply upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Requirements

Education, Qualifications & Experience
You should ideally have a diploma or degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage, with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English, along with strong guest service and interpersonal skills, is essential.
