A fast-growing organization is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinate team performance, and ensure inventory is handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth warehouse operations while meeting productivity and delivery targets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks effectively
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure products are properly labeled, arranged, and stored
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and delivery teams for smooth operations
• Monitor order preparation and ensure timely dispatch of goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action
• Prepare daily warehouse activity and inventory reports
