Description

A responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor is required to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, staff coordination, and logistics activities.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and staff
Manage the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams
Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures
Monitor loading and unloading activities
Prepare reports on stock movement and warehouse performance
Train and guide warehouse assistants when required

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of inventory systems and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
