Job Description:
Assist waiters and servers in delivering excellent dining service.
Welcome guests, present menus, and serve food and beverages.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
Support the restaurant team during busy hours by handling orders efficiently.
Follow restaurant standards for hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
Refill water, clear used plates, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
Report customer feedback and complaints to supervisors promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
