We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Joinery Manager to oversee and manage complete joinery and furniture production operations in our Dubai facility. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in carpentry, upholstery (sofa/soft section), and custom furniture manufacturing, with the ability to manage both production and workforce efficiently.

Candidates currently based in Dubai, UAE — preferably on a valid residence visa — will be given priority.Key Responsibilities
Oversee full joinery factory operations including carpentry and upholstery sections
Manage production of custom furniture, loose furniture, sofas, chairs, beds, cabinets, wardrobes, and fit-out joinery works
Supervise carpenters, polishers, machine operators, upholsterers, cutters, and tailors
Plan production schedules and ensure timely project completion
Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all departments
Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and control production costs
Coordinate with design, sales, and site teams for project execution
Ensure machinery maintenance and workplace safety compliance
Handle procurement coordination for wood, veneer, foam, fabric, and hardware
Implement process improvements for efficiency and productivity

Requirements

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the furniture and joinery industry
Strong technical knowledge of:
Solid wood & veneer joinery
MDF, plywood, laminates, and finishing materials
Sofa frame production and upholstery processes
Foam density, fabric cutting, stitching & fitting
Experience handling both hard furniture (carpentry section) and soft furniture (upholstery section)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with 2D/3D designers
Experience in UAE market preferred
Currently available in Dubai, UAE (preferably on visit visa or transferable visa)
