Job Role

Promote oil & gas services, manpower supply, fabrication, painting/coating, and CNC laser cutting
Support marketing for 2 companies & 5 departments
Develop marketing strategies and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

Market technical manpower (welders, fabricators, painters, CNC operators)
Prepare company profiles, brochures, and client presentations
Support tenders, prequalification & bid submissions
Conduct market research & identify new opportunities
Manage digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, email campaigns)
Coordinate with sales, operations & project teams
Track leads, inquiries & performance reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing / Business / Engineering)
Korean and chinese language is a plus
Experience in oil & gas / fabrication / manpower / industrial services preferred
Understanding of fabrication, coating & CNC processes
Strong communication & client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, LinkedIn, marketing tools

Ability to handle multiple services/projects
Analytical, organized & self-driven
Willing to travel if required
