Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.
This position is based at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, including sales, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
