Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct Montessori-based educational activities.
Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Encourage independent learning, creativity, and social development.
Prepare lesson plans and age-appropriate teaching materials.
Monitor children’s learning progress and maintain records.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development.
Organize storytelling, arts, crafts, music, and sensory activities.
Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and well-being.
Follow nursery policies and applicable childcare regulations.
