We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare, process, and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as required.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Perform general administrative tasks related to the finance department.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
