Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations by assisting with sample collection, testing, equipment maintenance, and accurate record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will ensure laboratory procedures are carried out safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and processing laboratory samples for testing and analysis.
Perform routine laboratory procedures under the supervision of senior laboratory staff.
Prepare, clean, and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas.
Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.
Label, store, and organize laboratory samples and chemicals.
Monitor laboratory inventory and report shortages of supplies.
Follow laboratory safety procedures and quality control standards.
Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and reporting any malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and laboratory regulations.
Perform other laboratory-related duties as assigned.
