The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


Create and expand new revenue streams across digital, film, print, and live events for our evolving company.
Connect and communicate with clients, anticipate and identify their needs, and discover how we can work together to build long-term partnerships.
The right candidate understands the unique considerations of establishing and maintaining commercial collaborations in media and the unquestionable importance of ethical practice. While driven by capital, they are inspired by content, and unwilling to compromise on the highest standards of quality.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years' prior industry related business development and sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
