We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Follow scripts, procedures, and company guidelines
Achieve performance targets (call quality, resolution time, etc.)
Provide product/service information to customers
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Basic computer and typing skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in shifts if required
