We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, communicate clearly, and support the company’s customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or surveys as required
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Record customer interactions and update relevant databases
Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department
Maintain a polite and courteous demeanor at all times
Achieve performance targets and adhere to company guidelines
Assist in improving processes and providing feedback for better service
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Good computer skills and ability to use CRM or call center software
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
Strong problem-solving skills and patience with clients
Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or others) are an advantage
Knowledge of products/services relevant to the company
