Description

A security and surveillance environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for an attentive CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, identify unusual activities, maintain accurate records, and support the security team in maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance screens continuously during assigned shifts.
Observe entrances, exits, restricted areas, parking areas, and other designated locations.
Identify suspicious activities, safety concerns, or unusual incidents.
Immediately report security incidents or emergencies to the appropriate supervisor.
Record important events, observations, and incidents in the daily log.
Review and retrieve recorded footage when authorized and required.
Maintain confidentiality of CCTV recordings and security information.
Coordinate with security guards and site supervisors when incidents occur.
Check CCTV equipment and report technical faults or camera issues.
Monitor alarms and other integrated security systems when assigned.
Prepare basic shift reports and handover notes.
Follow company security procedures and privacy requirements.
Maintain professional alertness throughout the assigned shift.
