Description

A construction project in the UAE is currently accepting applications from experienced Construction Foremen to supervise site activities and coordinate daily workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and subcontractors on construction sites
• Coordinate daily site activities according to project requirements
• Allocate manpower and monitor work progress
• Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications and schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and other site teams
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials
• Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures
• Report daily progress and site issues to management
• Organize tools, equipment and materials required for site work

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction site experience
• Previous experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site operations
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively
• Ability to read basic construction drawings
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
