We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead and drive our retail sales operations in the UAE.

Country Sales Manager
Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant sales/retail experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall sales operations across the UAE.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and business growth targets.

Manage and motivate the sales and retail teams to deliver strong performance.

Monitor sales, profitability, market trends and business performance.

Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.

Build strong relationships with key customers, business partners and stakeholders.

Ensure effective implementation of company policies, promotions and sales strategies.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of relevant sales/retail management experience.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.

Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.

UAE market experience is highly preferred.

Candidates with experience in any GCC country will also be considered.

Strong knowledge of the local market, customers and retail environment will be an advantage.

Candidates from perfume, beauty, FMCG, fashion or similar retail industries are preferred.
