Key Responsibilities:

Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide information about products, services, and company policies.

Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow communication Scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.

Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues.

Meet or exceed customer service and satisfaction targets.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.


Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and multitask effectively.

Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
