Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance
Ensure work is completed according to project specifications
Maintain safety standards and enforce site rules
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage
Report project progress to engineers or management
Resolve on-site issues and support workflow efficiency

Requirements

Freshers can apply (experience in construction is an advantage)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Basic understanding of construction processes
Ability to read instructions and follow site plans is an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and able to work on-site
