A hospitality organization in Dubai is welcoming applications for a Hotel Concierge to be part of its guest services team.

The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience for guests by providing information, assisting with requests, coordinating services, and helping visitors make the most of their stay.

Freshers can apply, while candidates with previous hospitality or customer service experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide courteous and professional assistance.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation.
Assist guests with taxi bookings, transportation arrangements, reservations, and other service requests.
Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or through other communication channels.
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
Assist guests with luggage, directions, deliveries, and other routine requests when required.
Handle special guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely assistance.
Maintain updated information about hotel services, operating hours, events, and local facilities.
Record guest requests and follow up to ensure they are completed properly.
Receive and communicate guest feedback to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at the concierge desk and guest areas.
Assist with arranging bookings and appointments according to hotel procedures.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and basic concierge-related documentation.
Support other guest-service activities during busy periods or as assigned by management.
