Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Hotel Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide a warm and hospitable reception.

Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

Handle inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Manage and process payments and invoices accurately.

Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Follow all hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or hotel-related role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

High school diploma or equivalent
