A well-established hotel is seeking an experienced and responsible Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily hotel operations and staff activities.

Monitor service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.

Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and other departments.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service issues.

Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.

Report operational issues and daily activities to management.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality supervision is an advantage.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards.
