Description

A suitable candidate is required to supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites, ensuring that electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily MEP activities and site teams.
Coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Allocate tasks to technicians and workers and monitor their performance.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams.
Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP works.
Maintain daily site reports and work progress records.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety procedures and site regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and report any defects or deviations.

Requirements

Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE.
Good knowledge of MEP installation and maintenance works.
Ability to read MEP drawings and technical documents.
Good team leadership and coordination skills.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
