Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our Dubai office.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle filing, photocopying, and document management
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails
* Assist in data entry and record keeping
* Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
* Support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous office or admin experience preferred
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
* Good communication skills in English
* Professional attitude and time management skills
* Immediate joiners preferred
