We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage front desk operations, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Provide information to visitors and answer inquiries about the company.

Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room reservations.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Collaborate with other administrative staff to support daily operations.

Keep an updated record of staff movements and appointments.

Handle special requests or tasks as assigned by management.


Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front desk role is beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional and welcoming demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using phone systems, office equipment, and computer software.

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a tidy reception area.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
