We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations
Supervise and motivate restaurant staff
Ensure excellent customer service
Manage staff schedules and daily duties
Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety standards
Control inventory, wastage and operating costs
Handle customer complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
Monitor sales and achieve business targets
Prepare daily/weekly operational report.
