Job Description: Restaurant Manager
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our front-of-house and back-of-house teams. We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment and has a passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
Lead and train staff to provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals
Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs
Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Collaborate with ownership on budgets, promotions, and performance reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of restaurant software (POS systems, inventory management, scheduling tools)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food safety certification preferred
Passion for hospitality and team development
