QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

A university degree

At least 3 years of sales experience working in the fashion retail industry as a sales executive

A database of clients you have maintained throughout your career thus far

Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Strong computer skills (knowledge of Retail Pro is a plus)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions

Monitoring the quantities of goods on display and in stock and when low make sure to alert your seniors so transfers of merchandise and reorders can be activated

Monitoring competitors

Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
