We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business
Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors
Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Self-motivated and confident personality
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
