Description

A well-established company is hiring an experienced and safety-conscious Scaffolder to erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.

The role requires strict compliance with approved procedures, site safety requirements, and working-at-height practices.

Responsibilities

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to approved requirements.
Install platforms, guardrails, toe boards, ladders, braces, and access systems.
Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, levelled, braced, and stable.
Inspect scaffolding components before use and report damaged or defective materials.
Follow approved method statements, risk assessments, and HSE procedures.
Use required PPE and fall-protection equipment when working at height.
Assist supervisors during scaffold inspections and modifications.
Read and follow basic scaffold drawings and work instructions.
Safely load, unload, move, and organize scaffolding materials.
Maintain good housekeeping around the work area.
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, or damaged equipment immediately.
Coordinate with supervisors and other site teams to complete work efficiently.
Follow all site safety rules and permit-to-work requirements.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Scaffolder in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling techniques.
Ability to work safely at height and in outdoor site conditions.
Basic ability to understand scaffolding drawings and instructions.
Physically fit and able to handle scaffolding materials.
Good knowledge of construction-site safety practices.
Scaffolding certification such as CISRS or equivalent is an advantage.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
