A well-established company is hiring a responsible and caring School Bus Attendant to ensure the safety, comfort, and proper supervision of students during school bus journeys. The ideal candidate should be patient, attentive, and able to handle children responsibly.

Responsibilities

Assist students safely while boarding and leaving the school bus.
Ensure students remain seated and follow bus safety rules.
Monitor students throughout the journey.
Assist younger children and students who require additional support.
Ensure no student is left behind on the bus after reaching the destination.
Coordinate with the school bus driver regarding student safety.
Maintain a calm and respectful environment inside the bus.
Report any student safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor or school management.
Assist with student attendance and boarding records when required.
Ensure the bus is clean and safe before and after each trip.
Follow school transportation policies and safety procedures.
Respond appropriately during emergencies and follow established safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children is preferred.
School bus or childcare experience is an advantage.
Patient, responsible, alert, and trustworthy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage children calmly and respectfully.
Physically fit and able to assist students when required.
Basic understanding of child safety procedures.
Ability to work according to school transportation schedules.
UAE experience is an advantage.
