Key Responsibilities:

Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification, and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.

Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance cameras, and investigate any suspicious activities or disturbances.

Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, assess the situation, and take appropriate actions to maintain security.

Report Writing: Document incidents, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.

Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to clients, employees, and visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Security Measures: Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations, contributing to a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

Valid Security Guard license issued by the relevant authorities in Dubai.

Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role is preferred.

Strong observation and surveillance skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to handle emergencies and remain calm under pressure.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods.
