We are seeking vigilant and professional Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our bank premises, employees, and customers.

The ideal candidates will have experience in security operations and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe banking environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and secure the bank’s premises during operational hours and after closing

Control access to the building and verify identification as needed

Ensure the safety of employees, customers, and assets

Conduct routine patrols and surveillance via CCTV and physical inspections

Respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities

Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and medical incidents

Report daily activities and incidents to the security supervisor or management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a security guard (banking or financial sector preferred)
Valid security guard license/certification (if required in your location)
Strong observational and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and ability to handle stressful situations
Physical fitness to perform security duties effectively
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights
