Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in security management.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of security policies, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
SIRA certification is an advantage.
Ability to manage security personnel and maintain a safe working environment.
