A company is hiring a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the assigned premises.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and knowledge of security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security guards.
Prepare duty schedules and assign posts to security personnel.
Monitor security operations and ensure proper coverage.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
Ensure guards follow company policies and security procedures.
Monitor access control and visitor entry and exit.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
Prepare and maintain daily security reports and incident reports.
Coordinate with management, clients, and emergency services when required.
Conduct briefings and provide guidance to security staff.
Report security violations, damages, or suspicious activities.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Guard.
Valid UAE security-related license/certification where required.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of security and safety procedures.
Good communication and observation skills.
Physically fit and able to work shifts.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
UAE experience is preferred.
