A well-established company is inviting applications for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, facilities, and company assets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, observation, and incident-management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security guards.
Prepare duty schedules and assign security posts.
Monitor entrances, exits, CCTV systems, and access-control procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and security patrols.
Ensure security staff follow company policies and safety procedures.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
Prepare and maintain daily security reports and incident records.
Coordinate with management, staff, and emergency services when required.
Train and guide security personnel on proper procedures.
Identify potential security risks and recommend preventive measures.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Guard.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and observation abilities.
Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
Ability to handle incidents calmly and effectively.
Physically fit and capable of working flexible shifts.
Relevant security training or certification is an advantage.
