Description

A busy retail environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for a dependable Store Assistant to support daily store activities, assist customers, organize merchandise, and help maintain efficient stock and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the daily opening and closing activities of the store.
Arrange products neatly on shelves, displays, and designated areas.
Receive incoming goods and assist with checking quantities and product condition.
Support stock counting and maintain basic inventory records.
Help with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing merchandise.
Check product labels, prices, and display information.
Assist customers in locating products and provide basic product information.
Support the sales team during busy periods.
Replenish shelves and displays when stock levels are low.
Keep the store, shelves, and storage areas clean and organized.
Assist with packing customer purchases and preparing orders when required.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly placed products to the supervisor.
Support stock transfers and movement of goods within the store.
Assist with basic returns, exchanges, and customer requests as instructed.
Follow store procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Perform other routine store-support duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Previous retail, store, warehouse, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic English communication skills.
Friendly and helpful approach toward customers.
Physically fit and able to handle merchandise when required.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Basic understanding of stock handling and store organization.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
UAE/GCC retail experience is an advantage.
