The position may be suitable for teachers specializing in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, Computer Studies, or other academic areas.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver lessons according to the assigned subject and curriculum.
Explain concepts clearly using age-appropriate teaching methods.
Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and learning materials.
Assess students through classwork, tests, projects, and examinations.
Monitor individual student progress and provide additional academic support when required.
Maintain an organized, respectful, and positive classroom environment.
Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and independent learning.
Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records.
Identify learning difficulties and communicate relevant concerns to the appropriate staff.
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress when required.
Participate in school meetings, activities, events, and professional development programs.
Coordinate with other teachers and school staff on academic matters.
Follow school policies, curriculum requirements, child-safety procedures, and professional standards.
Make appropriate use of digital tools and educational resources to enhance learning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, the relevant subject, or a related field is preferred.
Teaching qualification or relevant education certification is an advantage.
Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
Good English communication and classroom presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of the subject being taught.
Patient, responsible, and student-focused approach.
Good classroom management and organizational abilities.
Ability to prepare lessons and assess student performance.
Basic computer and digital-learning skills.
UAE/GCC teaching experience is an advantage.
Willingness to work according to school schedules and participate in academic activities.
