An established educational environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for a supportive and organized Teaching Assistant to work alongside teachers, assist students with learning activities, and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Assist students during individual and group learning activities.
Help prepare worksheets, assignments, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
Provide additional support to students who require assistance with classroom tasks.
Help maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
Monitor student participation, behavior, and general classroom activities.
Assist teachers with attendance records and routine classroom documentation.
Support students during practical activities, projects, and educational exercises.
Encourage students to participate actively and develop good learning habits.
Communicate relevant student concerns to the class teacher or academic coordinator.
Assist with classroom displays, educational materials, and school activities.
Support teachers during examinations, events, field activities, and school programs.
Help ensure classroom equipment and learning materials are properly maintained.
Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and school matters.
Follow school policies, child-safety procedures, and classroom guidelines.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Classroom Assistant, Tutor, or similar role is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, responsible, and approachable personality.
Ability to work effectively with children and support different learning needs.
Good organizational and classroom-management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office is an advantage.
Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with teachers and school staff.
Good observation and problem-solving abilities.
Professional attitude toward students, parents, teachers, and colleagues.
UAE/GCC education experience is an advantage.
