Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings
Provide accurate information on travel services and destinations
Recommend travel options based on customer needs and budgets
Process reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications
Prepare travel itineraries and required documentation
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Maintain accurate booking records and customer information
