A hospitality establishment is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent dining service and ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
Explain menu items and provide recommendations when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
