Key Responsibilities

Follow up with guests to ensure their requests are handled properly.
Prepare tables and maintain an organized dining area.
Clear used dishes, glassware, and other service items.
Replenish service supplies when required.
Respond politely to guest questions and requests.
Report customer concerns or special requirements to the supervisor.
Follow food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Support colleagues during events and special dining services.
