Description

A well-established manufacturing company in the UAE is looking for an experienced, responsible, and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the smooth movement of materials and finished products.
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials and products.
Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor their performance.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.
Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure goods are handled safely.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics departments.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are properly documented.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
Ensure proper labeling, identification, and organization of warehouse items.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.
Follow company policies, health & safety procedures, and operational standards.
Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, stock records, and documentation.
Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Train and guide warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety practices.
Ensure daily warehouse targets and operational requirements are achieved.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse In-Charge, or similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and warehouse/inventory systems.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Physically fit and capable of supervising warehouse activities.
UAE experience is an advantage.
