About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure timely shipping and receiving, and lead a team to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping)

Assign and monitor work schedules and duties for warehouse staff

Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular audits

Enforce health, safety, and quality standards

Train and motivate warehouse employees

Report operational performance to management

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and deliveries

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and safety protocols

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus

Forklift certification is an advantage
