Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Position Summary:
The Front Office Receptionist will manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. A successful candidate should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans
Keep the front desk area clean and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
