A leading recruitment firm in the UAE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Dubai, UAE (Candidates currently based in Dubai will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
Promote recruitment and manpower services to prospective clients
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development within a recruitment firm
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Good understanding of the UAE market and recruitment industry
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
