Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support patients with walking, mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
Assist with feeding, hydration, and basic meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Observe the client’s condition and report any changes to the supervisor or healthcare team.
Follow individual care plans and maintain basic care records.
Support clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
